Fir Lodged Against Nana Patekar And Others

At last Tanushree Dutta had a great relief as Mumbai police registered FIR against Nana and other crew members of Horn Ok Please. Controversy started two weeks back when Tanushree came forward and disclosed that she was sexual harassed by Nana Patekar on sets of “Horn Ok Please” and other member crew member of flick kept mum.

According to sources recently Mumbai Police came into action and recorded statement of actress in presence of witness, according to sources after recording statement of actress Police has register FIR against Nana Patekar, Ganesh Acharya, Rakesh Sarang and Samee Siddiquie under Section 354 and 509 of IPC for outraging a woman modesty and sexual harassment.

According to sources Tanushree’s lawyer Nitin Satpute asked police to record statement in English rather than in Marathi as actress is not well in Marathi, so that actress get transparency about statement police has recorded on behalf of Tanushree Dutta.

According to sources police got ready to write statement in English, and started investigation.
