OMG Ritesh Sidhwani along with Farhan Akhtar and Bhaumik Gondaliya seems to be stucking in trouble for defaming Amazon Prime series Mirzapur.
According to report FIR has been lodged against trio for defaming Mirzapur.
According to report complainant Arvind Chatruvedi in his complaint wrote maker of flick has shown Mirzapur in bad light through abusive content, promoting social enmity. Complainant further said that Amazon Prime webseries Mirzapur has hurt his religious sentiments and people of Mirzapur.
According to leading daily Senior Police officer revealed complainant alleged in his complaint that web series has shown abusive content and illicit relations. Thus, taking into consideration for the same FIR has been registered against producers and the platform,”
FIR against trio has been registered under IPC sections 295 A (deliberate and malicious acts, intended to outrage religious feelings of any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), 505 (statements conducing to public mischief) of the IPC along with sections of the Information Technology (IT) Act.
Well going through above news it seems trio have stuck in legal trouble.
On work front Farhan is working on his upcoming sports oriented project Toofan.
