Well recently couple name her baby Dua which is consider as Muslim name.

While celebrating Diwali couple revealed their daughter’s name as Dua, soon after baby name got revealed couple started facing backlash by social media users, for the same user raised questions about cultural significance and started suggesting more traditional Hindu names.

On Diwali Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh introduced their newborn daughter to their friends and fans, for the same they After shared picture of the newborn, the actors shared that they had named their daughter “Dua Padukone Singh.”

Some user started trolling Deepika asking is Dua name inspired from famous pop star Dua Lipa, number of users started suggesting that the Hindi alternative to the name—Prarthna—would’ve been a better choice.

Some user trolled couple for Muslim Name adding saying it has hurt the sentiments of the religion.
One user seemed to be upset he commented “Prarthana v to rakh sakti thi. Why muslim name. Bollywood Jaan bujh kar aisa karte hain. They hr hearting the sentiments of sanatana Dharma. One user wrote “I love Deepika, but I don’t like name ‘Dua’…how about ‘Durva’,”.
