Deepika Is Brave Actress

Deepika starrer Padmaavat has managed to enter 200 crore club, movie has managed to collect 200 crore at the domestic box office and that too in just one week.

Recently actress had interaction with media during the success party of Padmaavat. Actress disclosed it was not easy task for all the crew members of flick, as movie was regularly stuck in controversies from past one year.

One media person asked actress about her safety as were her parents in trauma during the entire period of controversy. Actress disclosed one incident that took place when she was just 14, actress said, one day she was walking down the street with her family after finishing food. My dad and sister were walking ahead and me and my mother were walking behind, suddenly one man touched me and walked away, however I have ignored him, but I immediately turned back and followed that man caught him from his collar and slapped him middle of street and walked away, from that very day my parents got positive message that I can protect myself, therefore my parents never get upset as they knew I am bold and strong to handle all situations. This is the reason I didn’t felt afraid of any threat during the Padmaavat controversy.

At the end of interaction with media she cracked joke adding. “My feet are a tad too big. I like my nose but you can take my feet,”. She laughed.
