Last week on Wednesday, the filmmaker SS Rajamouli announced that he and his family members have been tested positive for coronavirus and are currently quarantined at home.
Known for his epic fantasy “Baahubali” series, which was a mega blockbuster, Rajamoli said that they after they had a mild fever which subsided by itself, they got themselves tested. According to his tweet:“My family members and I developed a slight fever few days ago. It subsided by itself but we got tested nevertheless. The result has shown a mild COVID positive today. We have home quarantined as prescribed by the doctors (sic)”
In a tweet, following this one, Rajamouli said that he and his family are asymptomatic and feeling better now and were taking all the necessary precautions and instructions as guided by the doctors.
“Just waiting to develop antibodies so that we can donate our plasma,” he added to his tweet.
Prior to the lockdown in March he was directing another movie “Rise Roar Revolt”, which is a period action drama.
