Alia and Sanjay Leela Bansal in trouble as recently Mumbai court’s Additional chief metropolitan magistrate court issued summons to Alia Bhatt, Sanjay Leela Bhansali including two writers in Criminal defamation case filed against upcoming project Gangubai Kathiawadi.
Defamation case has been filed by Babu Ravji Shah, who is said to be the adopted son of Gangubai Kathiawadi.
In his complaint Babu Ravji Shah added that the chapter on Gangubai Kathiawadi in the book was defamatory, tarnished her reputation and infringed upon the right to privacy and self-respect of his deceased mother.
Defamation case is filed for hurting sentiments of particular community from Kathiawad.
