Border 2 skips sequel, Sunny Deol in new Longewala story 

There have been rumors that JP Dutta wants to make another movie like his popular one, Border, with Sunny Deol and Ayushmann Khurrana. When asked, Sunny Deol didn’t confirm or deny it. He just said he would talk about his next project soon. Now, a new report says it won’t be a sequel to the 1997 movie. Instead, it will focus on the battle of Longewala.

According to a report, JP Dutta’s daughter Nidhi Dutta is writing and producing the movie. At first, people thought it would be Border 2, but a source close to the project told the website that they’ll be telling the story of what happened the same night as Border’s events.

“The battle of Longewala was fought not just by our Indian army but the Navy and the Air Force was also involved and the story of Border 2 will recap events from the perspectives of all three wings of the Indian Armed Forces,” the source added.

However, the reports are not yet confirmed by the makers and they still have to officially announce the project.
