It was big setup for Raj Kundra and his aide Ryan Thorpe in pornography case as recently Bombay High Court dismisses their plea of challenging arrest over allegations of destroying evidence.
According to report Justice A S Gadkari passed an order stating The petitioners.Raj Kundra and Ryan Thorpe who are in judicial custody, did not deserve any relief at this point”,
According to sources Bombay High Court considered on statement made on oath by the investigating officer that Kundra and Thorpe began to delete messages and other evidence from their mobile phones when a police team went to conduct raid on their office. While dismissing plea BHC referred chief public prosecutor Aruna Pai’s submission that the police could not be expected to be “mute spectators” while the accused destroyed evidence. The duo was arrested to ensure there was no further destruction of evidence, Aruna Pai had argued.
Well going through above news it seems there is no relief for accuse Raj Kundra and his aide in pornography case.
