Bollywood Actor Sahil Khan In Legal Trouble

Bollywood actor Sahil Khan stuck in legal trouble after he was arrested by Mumbai cyber cell in connection with on going cyber case of. Mahadev betting app.

Recently court rejected his anticipatory bail taking into consideration he is the co-owner of the app and has direct involvement with betting app.

Sahil worked in projects like Style and Excuse Me,  he was Recently   arrested by the Mumbai Police in connection with the Mahadev betting app case. The arrest was made by the Mumbai cyber cell’s Special Investigating Team (SIT) in Chhattisgarh after the court rejected the pre-arrest bail plea, followed by asserting that Khan is the co-owner of the app.

Few months back SIT had summoned Sahil and three others for questioning in December 2023, but he failed to appear.Taking into consideration his non appearance his anticipatory bail was rejected  by the Bombay High Court. Apart from this several allegations were made against the Style actor in regards to the app, However actor  denied any direct involvement with the betting platform and continued to assert that he was merely a brand promoter endorsing The Lion Book brand under contract with M/s. Isports247. But police stood firm with their allegations that he was a co-owner of the app, following which he is being brought to Mumbai via Raipur and is expected to be produced before the court this afternoon.

According to report actor was firm on his statment that he signed a contract with the company for 24 months, for posting promotional videos on his social media under a fixed remuneration of Rs. 3 lakhs which will be paid monthly. After giving his statement he applied for a anticipatory plea which was later, dismissed by the court  taking into consideration his alleged direct involvement in the illegal operation.
