Bobby Deol was born on 27th January 1969 in Mumbai, Maharashtra in Deol family, his birth name was Vijay Singh Deol, he is son of Bollywood super star Dharmendra and he is younger brother of Bollywood versatile superstar Sunny Deol. He did his schooling from The Lawrence School Haryana and then went to Jamnabai Narsee School, Mumbai, after completing his schooling he joined Mithibai College in Mumbai where he did his graduation in commerce.
Bobby Deol made his bollywood debut as a child artist in 1977 blockbuster hit Dharam Veer, where he played role of Dharmendra’s younger days.
Hema Malini is step-mother of Bobby Deol , she has two daughters Esha Deol and Ahana Deol both are step sister’s of Bobby Deol.
Bobby Deol tied knot with Tanya Ahuja on 30th May 1996 and has two sons named Dharam and Aryaman.
Bobby Deol made his bollywood lead debut with Barsaat in 1995 and for this move he was nominated with Filmfare Best Debut Male Award. He received great applause for outstanding performance in flicks like Gupt released in 1997 which was suspense thriller,from 1998 to 2001 he appeared in number of action thriller flicks like Soldier and Kareeb(1998) Dillagi(1999)Badal(2001)Bichoo(2001), he also did suspense and romantic flicks like Ajnabee(2002) Hamraz(2002) for the same he received Filmfare Best Actor Award, in 2011 he appeared in comedy flick Yamla Pagla Deewana, after that he was away from cinema, actor made his bollywood comeback with Poster Boys in (2017) which was directorial venture of Shreyas Talpade and he recently appeared in action thriller Race3. Actor is right now busy with his upcoming projects Yamla Pagla Deewana :Phir Se and Housefull 4.
