Big B Purchase Three Office Unit Worth 60 Crore

Recently we came across news that Abhishek Bachchan bought six apartments in Mumbai and now his dad bought 3 office units worth 60 crores.
Well on work front Big B is looking forward for release of most awaited and talked about project  “Kalki 2898 AD”. Recently reports came forward that he is purchased 3 office  spaces in Andheri West’s Veer Savarkar Signature building. Number of Bollywood celebrities own commercial spaces star like Kajol, Sara Ali Khan, and Kartik Aaryan.

According to report Documents accessed by FloorTap.com reveal that Amitabh Bachchan paid a substantial Rs 59.58 crore for the three office units, span a total area of 8,429 square feet. Office unit also have 3 car parking slots.

The purchase also includes three car parking slots.

According to report Big B paid  3.57 crore earnest money.
Before actor has four office units in  Signature Building, which he rented out last year for an annual rent of Rs 2.07 crore, secured by a deposit of Rs 1.03 crore.

By the beginning of this year actor purchased one plot in Ayodhya measuring

10,000 square feet plot in HoABL.

Well official conformation of the same is still awaited from actors side.
