Bail Plea Of Sooraj Got Rejected By Court

Sooraj Pancholi arrested in Jiah Khan’s suicide case will stay in jail for few more days. As Mumbai court has rejected the bail plea of Sooraj on the ground that investigation is on final ground therefore giving bail to Sooraj can lead to hindrance in the trial.

On June 10^th he was arrested by Mumbai police and was sent to Central Jail at Arthur Road Mumbai. He was arrested under the charge of abetment to suicide as  Jiah Khan took this extreme step of suicide. Sooraj was arrested on the complaint of Jiah Khans mother Rabiya Khan. Therefore during the procedure of investigation Mumbai Police found evidence against Sooraj which clearly probe that Sooraj was circuitously involved in Jiah Khans suicide case.

Therefore bail plea of Sooraj is rejected by court and he was sent to jail again for few more days for the  final investigation.
