Actor was granted bail in Delhi rape case by Tis Hazari Court today, he gets conditional bail it means actor will be required to follow certain rules.
According to report one
women accused television star Ashish Kapoor for rapping her during Delhi house party last month, after which FIR was lodged and he was arrested by police on September 3, 2025.

serials like Saraswatichandra, Dekha Ek Khwaab, and Molkki Rishton Ki Agnipariksha.
According to report
Additional Sessions Judge Bhupinder Singh bail order goes like this “Thus, in view of the aforesaid observations and discussions, the facts and circumstances that have been brought to the notice of the court in view of the documents/ CCTV footages, in particular that the accused is not required for the purpose of investigation any more, being permanent resident of Delhi and his clean antecedents, I find merits in the bail application and the same is accordingly allowed.”
Court has ordered actor to furnish one-lakh rupee bail bond. He is also asked to constantly have location service enabled on his cell phone.
Though actor has got bail but he is still in trouble till court comes to final decision.
