Arbaz File Defamation Case Against Social Media Users For Defaming Him

Well recently we came across news in which Arbazz Khan’s name was related with Sushant Singh’s and Disha’s death case.

According to report actor has filed defamation case against number of social media users, who posted defamatory posts on social media accusing actor in Sushant and Disha’s death case.

According to sources taking into consideration that number of users without any evidence hurting actor, he recently filed case at a civil court in Mumbai. After considering actors application court has passed interim order against the named Defendants Vibhor Anand and Sakshi Bhandari and unknown defendants.

News was confirmed by actors team it goes like this “Arbaaz Khan filed a defamation suit before the Hon’ble Bombay Civil Court. On September 28th, the Hon’ble Court was pleased to grant an interim order against the named Defendants Vibhor Anand and Sakshi Bhandari, and unknown defendants – which is in the nature of a John Doe / Ashok Kumar order – directing the defendants to immediately withdraw/ recall/take down the defamatory content including the content described in the suit and any other and further defamatory content which is published directly or indirectly by any of them.”

Well from the very first day Sushant Singh died, name of number of Bollywood celebrities came forward alleging that due to them actor committed suicide. Right now CIB, ED and NCB is handling case, till date number of Bollywood celebrities has recorded statement with CBI, ED and NCB. Recently NCB arrested Rhea along with her brother and others.
