Ameesha Patel Accused For Fraud

Bollywood actress Ameesha Patel stuck in legal trouble after she was summoned by court in multi-crore cheque-bounce case.

According to sources after going through both parties statement court directed plantif and respondants to file written reply with in two weeks time, court gave short date consdering urgency of matter. Directions were given by Jharkhand High Court Judge Anand Sen.

According to report case was heard through VC by Judge at his residence.

As per complainant Ajay Kumar Singh Ameesha Patel met him during an event in Harmu Housing Colony in 2017 and got an offer to invest in films. In the name of making the movie, Desi Magic, he transferred Rs. 2.5 crores to Ameesha Patel’s account. 

Ajay Kumar Singh who runs a company named Lovely World Entertainment mentioned in his complaint, Ameesha Patel defulated on making the film promised by her company and, subsequently, did not return his money. It states that Ameesha Patel has cheated Ajay Kumar Singh. He demanded his money back upon realising that the film was not being made. He was then given a check on behalf of the actress, which bounced. The court has directed the next hearing of the date after 15 days.

Well going through above news it seems actress has stuck herself in great trouble.
