Alia Bhatt’s shoot for RRR delayed again because of SLB’s Gangubai Kathiawadi

SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus Baahubali 2 was released 3 years back. Since tjen audiences have been waiting to watch the filmmaker’s next i.e. RRR. This movie was in talks for a long time and was supposed to release by January 2021. But because of the pandemic situation the shooting of the film was halted. As for now, the film is back on floors and as a treat for the audience, the filmmakers revealed a motion poster in recent times that feature Jr. NTR as Bheem. It was also said that Alia Bhatt will also be kickstarting the project pretty soon. But seemingly there is another roadblock. Read on further to know what it is.

According to a report, Alia who is currently shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s directorial Gangubai Kathiawadi was supposed to complete the shooting by the end of October. But now, the shooting has been extended by two more weeks. The reason for this is that SLB wants to wrap up the film as soon as possible so that it could be easier for Alia to completely focus on RRR once she is done with Gangubai Kathiawadi.

A source quoted, “Very clearly Bhansali wants to wrap up the shooting as soon as possible. He has extended the current schedule by two weeks so that most of the shooting for Gangubai would be over. After this schedule, there’s one more schedule, and then the film will be complete.”
