Akshay To Lose Few Kg’s For His Upcoming Movie

Though it seems unbelievable but it’s a fact that Bollywood Super Star Akshay Kumar has been asked by his director to lose even more weight for his upcoming movie In which he is going to play an army captain’s character in A R Murugadoss’ remark of his Tamil hit Thuppakki. According to sources Akshay has been asked to lose about 7 Kgs for a role therefore, shooting is scheduled for December 20. As Christmas week is ahead and this week is consider lucky by Murugadoss.

As before Murugadoss has released his movie Ghajini in December and it was great hit.  This is the reason why Murugadoss is extremely attached with Christmas Season. Therefore according to sources he was very much eager to start his Hindi Thuppakki in Christmas week.

The problem which is persisting is that Akshay have only few days for losing at least 5 kgs, and some more later to play a army captain role as he is going to play a role of captain who is at least 12 years younger to Akshay Kumar’s biological age says sources who are close to director.

In this movie Akshay kumar will also be seen in army officer hair cut and look. This kind of soldier-hero is never shown in any Hindi Movie. According to sources drama starts when he goes on leave. Further director said that he want Akshay Kumar to look like fit army jawaan to take on villains.  Director further said he want Akshay kumar to look real army soldier.

According to sources it seems that losing weight seems some what strange for a leading man who is as slim as Akshay.  According to source before in Gajini Amir Khan was also asked to get fit for his role.
