Akshay Kumar Comes Forward And Provide Insurance To 640 Stuntman And Stunt Woman

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar take serious initiative regarding safety of 650 stunt workers by offering health and accident coverage, this initiative came into power after taking into consideration stunt man SM Raju’s death  on film set.

Well from past some time safety of stunt man was under consideration and Akshay came forward and took safety measures of Stunt person’s and immediately took helpful step by Insuring approximately 650 stuntmen and stuntwomen across India.

It all started soon after stuntman SM Raju lost is life while performing stunt on the set of a Tamil film, Vettuvam, directed by Pa Ranjith and featuring actor Arya.

SM Raju lost his life on 13th while performing stunt, one video got viral which showcase Raju attempting a high-risk car-toppling stunt. As the vehicle hit the ramp, it lost control, flipped multiple times mid-air, and landed headfirst. It took a few moments for the crew to fully grasp the severity of the crash. When they rushed to the car, they found Raju critically injured. Despite immediate efforts, he succumbed to his injuries on the spot.

We salute Akshay Kumar for his initiative to safe gaurd stuntman and stuntwomen safety by providing insurance coverage.
