Aditi Rao Hydari Opens About Nepotism

Well these days nepotism debate have become hot cake, we have witnessed number of nepotism controversies taking place in Bollywood.

Recently Bollywood actress Aditi Rao Hydari came forward and shared her view on exiestance of nepotism in film industry.

Recently while interacting with media actress disclosed it’s a very factual thing, in every industry, not only in film industry. Well it’s obvious if you have film industry background, opportunities are open. She further said however I consider it very factually. How can I fault somebody for what they are born into. However I feel people with power is required to use power with responsibility.

For giving example she said I belong to family who are into publishing operates. she further said ” My family is of publishers and I know every kid in my family who has joined the company, trust me family puts 10 time hardship for proving themselves. Therefore opportunity given to new individuals is more compare to my family who joined in and that’s what I’ve seen in family. Therefore I feel my family is doing something responsible and trying to be as fair as possible.
