Bollywood renowned film maker Karan Johar make Adar Poonawalla co-owner of his Dharma Productions as he sell 50% stake for around 1000 crores.
According to report Adar Poonawalla has grabbed 50% stake in Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions for ₹1000 crore, outpacing Reliance and Saregama.
Well before Relience and Saregama was in race of acquiring major stake in Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions, however Adar Poonawalla managed to grade the deal.
According to report remaining 50℅ ownership will be owned by Karan Johar.
Opening about co-owning Dharma Productions Adar Poonawalla, said, “I am delighted to have the opportunity to partner with one of the most iconic production houses in our nation, along with my friend Karan Johar. We hope to build and grow Dharma and scale even greater heights in the years to come.”
