Actress Sanjeeda Shaikh groped by woman at club, felt shocked

Actress Sanjeeda Shaikh, known for her roles in television and web series, shared a disturbing encounter. In a recent interview, she revealed being groped by a woman at a nightclub. 

Sanjeeda described feeling shocked and confused by the incident. Though details are unclear, she mentioned the woman brushed past her and inappropriately touched her. This act of violation left Sanjeeda stunned, questioning what had just happened.

Sanjeeda’s experience sheds light on an often-ignored aspect of harassment – it can come from anyone, regardless of gender. She spoke out to highlight this issue and empower others to speak up against inappropriate behavior. 

In a recent interview she said,”I remember one incident very vaguely but it was by a girl. I was in a nightclub. One girl was passing by and she just touched my breast and she left. I was kind of taken aback, like what just happened. We hear men smack you on the back and they misbehave, ladkiyaan koi kum nahi hai (but women are also the same).” 

The actor continued, “If you are headed on the wrong path, you are going on it regardless. It has nothing to do with men or women; whatever is wrong is wrong. If a woman has wronged you, tell her. Because I think playing the victimhood card is very unattractive.”
