Abhishek Owned Kabaddi Team Which Will Play For Pro-Kabaddi League

These days IPL is becoming popular sports among bollywood stars, as number of bollywood stars are owning IPL teams.  But when it comes to Abhishek Bachachan he has different taste as he has ventured into Kabaddi by owning Kabaddi team.

Like IPL new league is coming into action it’s known as Pro Kabaddi league, it came into action few days back. Pro Kabaddi league is joint venture of industrialist Anand Mahindra and well known cricket commentator Charu Sharma, in Pro Kabaddi League there will be eight city based teams who will compete with each other.

Abhishek Bachchan while on social platform twitter confirmed that he is feeling proud that he has bought Kabaddi Team named Jaipur Team which will compete in Pro Kabaddi League.

According to reports while interacting with media Abhishek added that it’s a pride moment for him and country as Charu Sharma has taken such a great initiative by starting Pro-Kabaddi League, as we all know in India people only like watching Cricket, but we all know Kabaddi is our national sports which have brought pride to our country number of times, so it becomes our duty to promote this sport.  He further added that he is feeling Lucky that he has become part of Pro Kabaddi League.

According to reports a group of approximate 100 players will be auctioned from 7^th to 10^th June which will include about 28 player from different countries such as Afghanistan, Iran, Italy, Canada, Thailand, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Japan, South Korea and many more.

Pro Kabaddi League will start between 26^th July to 31^st August all the matches will be telecast on Star Sports.
