Abhimanyu Dassani All Set With Vir Chakra Awardee Sepoy Avatar

Get ready to watch Abhimanyu Dassani playing lead in upcoming project which is based on life story  of Galwan martyr warrior Gurtez Singh.

Upcoming project is based on Galwan Valley clash between Indian and Chinese troops which happened in 2020, which said to be one of the deadliest military confrontations in decades.

There is similar project on board titled Battle of Galwan, starring Salman Khan and directed by Apoorva Lakhia, and Rahul Roy.

And now another project is on board based on Galwan which revolves around life of Vir Chakra awardee Sepoy Gurtej Singh.

According to report upcoming project is being titled :-The Lion of Galwan.

Upcoming project is being backedup by Himalay Dassani who  husband of well-known Bollywood actress Bhagyashree, and best thing about upcoming project is lead going to be played by Himalay and Bhagyashri’s son Abhimanyu Dassani he well known for his outstanding performance in Meenakshi Sundareshwar  released in (2021).

Opening about making of above project filmmaker Himalay said “It’s the life story of Sepoy Gurtej Singh. I was intrigued, so I traced his family down to his village in Mansa, Punjab, and acquired the biopic rights from his parents.” Himalay further updates “We are working closely with various ministries, the Indian Army, and government bodies to ensure accuracy. The film will also depict how the defence and foreign ministries responded that night, and how our soldiers fought bare-handed in freezing temperatures.”

According to report movie will go floor on early 2026.
