Aamir & Kareena may head to Turkey, Georgia to shoot the last leg of Laal Singh Chaddha

Both Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan were all enthusiastically shooting for their much awaited film Laal Singh Chaddha from November 2019. The filmmakers decide to release the movie in December this year. But, and a big BUT, the shooting could not complete because of the pandemic. The two major schedules of shoot were left to wrap up and were to be shot in Laddakh and Delhi respectively. Later the filmmakers decided to cancel Laddakh because of the Indai-China military stand off at the Gawan valley. The latest reports said the team will be traveling to Turkey and Georgia to complete the pending schedule.
According to a source: ”Advait Chandan (director) and Aamir waited it out for quite some time, but it’s more than four months now since Coronavirus invaded and the number of cases is still spiking. How long can you go on waiting for a big canvas film like ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’? So, they have planned for Georgia and Turkey.”
Additionally the source said: “It now remains to be seen when the final wrap up will be possible. The movie is working out very well and keeping the flow in mind, it is imperative that the balance part is rolled out ASAP.”
Laal Singh Chaddha is directed by Advait Chandan, and is the Hindi remake of Forrest Gump which featured Tom Hanks and was released in 1994. Aamir Khan Productions and Viacom 18 Motion Pictures will together produce this much awaited movie.
