A.R Rahman A Indian Ambassador Rio Olympics

Bollywood Maestro A.R Rahman has accepted invitation for becoming goodwill ambassador of Indian Olympic Association for the Indian participants in the forthcoming Rio Olympic Games. Before Bollywood Ace actor Salman Khan was announced as brand ambassador, so Rahman will now be joining Sachin Tandulkar, Salman and Indian shooter Abhinav Bindra.

However number of sports person gave negative reviews on Olympic federation decision for making bollywood celebrities goodwill ambassador, as according to them only sports person is liable of becoming goodwill ambassador.

Before we went through controversy which raised when news of Salman Khan being appointed as goodwill ambassador came into light due to this Indian wrestler Yogeshwar Dutt and Legendry Indian sprinter Milkha Singh raised number of questions.

However this news is going to delight for A.R Rahman’s fans and Maestro himself, but it will raise more questions in mind of Indian sports persons why personalities from other field, and not from sports field are considered as goodwill Ambassador.
