Salman khan starrer Bajrangi Bhaijjan is again in controversy due to Bhar Do Jholi qawwali, according to reports Abdul Samee Siddiqui who owns the right of Bhar Do Jholi qwwali has sent legal notice to Salman Khan Production house.
According to reports in his notice he has written “I acquired the rights from the heirs of Sabri brothers eight years ago for a flick that i was making on relation between Indo-Pak with Rajkumar Santoshi which anyhow did not happen, this does not mean that anyone can use qawwali without taking permission from owner who have copy right.
According to reports Lawyer of Abdul Samee Siddiqui Mr. Rashid Zafar said notice is sent under copyright act, however if they don’t respond to notice then we will move to court for further action.
According to sources one of heirs of Sabri heritage Mr. Amjad Farib said “My kids are die-hard fan of Salman Khan, i am feeling upset as Salman Production house has used qawwali without our permission, If they had asked i would happily given them copyright to use qawwali in flick.
It’s happening second time when Bajrangi Bhaijjan has come under controversy, before some religious activists protested against title of movie, stating it hurts religious sentiments.
