Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh name second daughter Devi, share first family photo

Bollywood actors Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have shared a happy family moment with their fans. They revealed the name of their second daughter, Devi Padukone Singh, on the occasion of Dussehra. The couple also posted their first family photo with the newborn.

In the picture, Deepika is seen holding baby Devi, while Ranveer holds their elder daughter, Dua. Dua lovingly kisses her little sister, making the photo very sweet and special. The family wore matching traditional outfits in ivory and gold.

Deepika and Ranveer shared the news on Instagram with the caption, “Of Love & Abundance… Devi Padukone Singh.” The name Devi means “goddess” in Sanskrit.

The couple welcomed their second daughter on September 19, 2026. Their elder daughter, Dua, was born in September 2024. Fans and many celebrities congratulated the family after seeing the lovely photo.
