Bollywood filmmaker Shailendra Singh recently shared a funny and surprising memory about superstar Salman Khan. During a chat, Shailendra recalled visiting Salman at his Galaxy Apartments home for a meeting. He found the actor sitting at a table, eating a plate of biryani, while having a peculiar habit of looking at his own reflection in a mirror.

​Things got even stranger when a medical professional suddenly walked into the room, put on gloves, and began injecting needles directly into Salman’s scalp. Shocked by what he was seeing in the mirror, Shailendra watched as the actor calmly continued to eat his meal without missing a beat.
​When Shailendra questioned what was happening, Salman casually replied that maintaining his stardom requires certain measures, stating, “There’s a price to pay to be a star, bro.”
