Anurag Kashyap In Big Legal Trouble

Anurag Kashyap stuck himself in  legal trouble over alleged passing remarks on Brahmin Community hurting relegious sentiment,  for the same Surat court has passed orders to register FIR.

Well recently Anurag Kashyap got accused for making objectionable social media comments that allegedly hurt sentiments and sparked community outrage.

According to after going through Anurag Kashyap statment Surat court has passed direction to  police to register a criminal case against filmmaker turned actor over his alleged remarks about the Brahmin community on social media.

The order was passed on Saturday by the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class A S Jani following a private complaint filed by lawyer and Vishva Hindu Parishad leader Kamlesh Raval.

According to reports, Surat court during proceedings observed it appears to be sufficient grounds to examine did  filmmaker’s remarks could have harmed the reputation of a particular community and contributed to social tension.

The plea also referred to an older social media post allegedly made by Kashyap in January 2020, where he had criticised the Union government and used terms that the complainant described as objectionable towards Hindus.

Reports concluded that despite number notices and summons had earlier been issued to the filmmaker in connection with the matter, Anurag Kashyap did turned up, therefore a non-bailable warrant was reportedly issued against him.

Well Anurag Kashyap has not came forward and publicly released any statment.
