Vijay Thalapathy Starer Jana Nayagan Enters Into Legal Hurdle

Omg South superstar Thalapathy Vijay starrer Jana Nayagan gets into  legal trouble as producers move Madras High Court over censor delay.

Well though Movie all set to release on 9th January, however filmmaker has approched High Court to challeng CBFC’s last-minute move to re-examine certification, citing massive financial stakes and global rollout concerns.

According to report maker of upcoming project has moved to  Madras High Court after the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) unexpectedly decided to revisit the film’s certification, just days ahead of its scheduled theatrical release.

Well Jana Nayagan is said to be made on whopping budget of Rs. 500 crore and said to be releasing on more than 5,000 screens worldwide.

According to report makers of project are upset as due to reconsidering of CBFC might delay project which is closing to release date. Well now movie will alloted new Certificate.

According to report case was heard by Justice P.T. Asha, for the same CBFC sought time to file its response. The court has adjourned the hearing for 8th which is one day prior to release date. Well we have to wait for final Verdict of High Court which will decide Movie release as will it release on scheduled date or will release date be extended.
