Agastya Nanda Starer Ikkis Celebrates Vijay Divas

Yesterday Vijay Diwas was celebrated by Ikkis crew members during celebration youngest Indian soldier Arun Khetarpal was remembered, for the same Ikkis team shared BTS moments  honoring the war hero and martyrs, linking the Ikkis  theme.

Well we all know Agastya Nanda is making his bollywood debut with Ikkis which is based on bravery tale of 21 years old Indian soldier who sacrificed his life while fighting with enemies.

In Ikkis Agastya Nanda steps into footstep of one of India’s bravest soldiers, Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal in Ikkis.

Vijay Diwas is celebrated for courage and sacrifice of the soldiers who made that victory possible in 1971 Indo-Pak War. Among Vijay Divas Second Lieutenant Arun Khetarpal is remember about his bravery as how he led fiercest tank battle against heavily armed Pakistani counter-attack, placing himself at the frontline of India’s defence. Even after his tank was hit and despite receiving orders to withdraw, Arun chose to stay back – demonstrating exceptional leadership and battlefield courage.

He was killed in action on December 16, 1971, turning Vijay Divas.
