Renowned Indian filmmaker Tigmanshu Dhulia recently shared his concerns about current trends in cinema. He expressed disappointment with the direction many new films are taking.

Dhulia, known for realistic films like “Paan Singh Tomar” and “Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster,” has always favored grounded storytelling. He believes cinema should reflect real human emotions and complex characters, not just rely on violence and exaggerated machismo.
