Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan invest huge money in commercial property.

According to report actor purchased 2 commercial offices worth Rs. 30.75 crores in Mumbai.

Saif Ali khan added two more prime asset to his real estate portfolio by purchasing commercial property in Mumbai’s fast growing  commercial district of Andheri East.

According to report two office space which actor purchased is situated in Kanakia Wallstreet building for a total consideration of Rs. 30.75 crore.

Both office buildup area is around
5,681 sq ft and includes six dedicated parking spaces.

Actor has purchased this property from Apiore Pharmaceutical, a US-based pharma company.

Actor paid stamp duty of Rs. 1.84 crore and a registration fee of Rs. 60,000.
