HAQ Screening Received Big Applause

Inspired by true events. In HAQ Yami Gautam easing a character of strong woman who fights for her dignity and equality after she gets divorce.

Recently Mr. Vineet Jain (MD, The Times Group), organized  special screening of HAQ, in Screening event MD The Times  invited High Court Judges, senior lawyers, bureaucrats, and corporate leaders.

According to report after watching special screening Legal Community And Corporate Leaders lauded the film’s originality, powerful performances, and socially relevant themes.

HAQ Is inspired by Supreme Court’s landmark judgment on uniform civil code of Triple Talaq and gender equality.

Upcoming HAQ is helmed by Suparn S Varma.

Opening about HAQ Yami Gautam said “This story moved me deeply. It’s not just Shazia’s fight, it’s a reflection of the strength and resilience of countless women who’ve been told to stay silent. Portraying her demanded empathy, conviction, and an unshakeable belief in justice. This film is more than a role for me. Its a reminder that it takes just one voice to make a difference.”

Filmmaker Suparn S Varma opened about HAQ adding “HAQ is more than a courtroom battle, it’s the story of a voice that shook the nation. When women were expected to stay silent, one voice echoed across the nation. It is a story of courage, self-respect, and an unwavering fight for identity, dignity, and equality.”

HAQ is all set to release in theatres on coming Friday.
