Karisma Kapoor Children Lawyer Challenge Sunjay Kapoor’s Will

As we all know recently Karisma Kapoor’s ex husband Sunjay Kapoor passed and now his WILL is in question.

Recently Karisma Kapoor’s Advocate points out ‘glaring blunders’ in Sunjay Kapoor’s WILL: ‘How can he misspell his son’s name’.

Recently before court Karisma Kapoor’s Children lawyer pleaded that their father Sunjay Kapur’s WILL comes with a lot of errors, which raises doubts about its authenticity.

According to report  Karisma Kapoor’s children lawyer in ongoing dispute over late businessman Sunjay Kapur’s estate, Karisma Kapoor’s children, Samaira and Kiaan, have raised concerns about discrepancie.

Sunjay Kapur’s kids for the same  Karisma Kapoor has approached court against their stepmother Priya Sachdev for forging WILL over his estate.

Recently for wrong information about Samaira and Kiaan added in the WILL case was heard on Monday in Delhi Delhi High Court on Monday in which lawyer claimed that the will had been forged to ‘disinherit’ Sunjay’s children from his marriage to Karisma. He claimed that the will was “fabricated” and riddled with “glaring blunders”.

According to lawyer “The address of his daughter here is mentioned wrongly. Sunjay Kapoor knows her address. This is an office address of Karisma Kapoor. These kind of bloopers are very uncharacteristic of Mr Kapoor. He had a very good relationship with his children. How can he have written his daughter’s address wrong and misspelled his son’s name in multiple places in the will. This will demeans the late Sunjay Kapoor. It is so casual,”.

Well we hope Sunjay Kapoor’s children will get justice.
