Suniel Shetty Approached Bombay HC For Protection Of Personality Rights

Bollywood actor Suniel Shetty got upset with spammers who miss used actor and  granddaughter Evaraah’s photos on social media, websites, for the same actor approached Bombay High Court.

According to report actor’s lawyer reveals that fake images of the actor and his grandchild Evaraah were uploaded on some websites.

Actor approached Bombay HC and filed plea of protection of his personality rights, claiming that several social media pages and websites were using his and granddaughter’s photos to promote their business without actor’s consent.

Evaraah is daughter of Suniel Shetty’s daughter Athiya Shetty.

According to report actor in his interim application requested court to order all websites using photographs to remove it immediately and ask them to stop this type of practice.

According to report bench of Justice Arif Doctor on Friday briefly heard Suniel’s counsel Birendra Saraf and reserved its order on the plea.

According to report actor in his interm application said that the actor and his granddaughter’s photos are being used commercially without any authorisation, application further states that the website of a real estate agency and a gambling site have displayed the actor’s photo even though he is not associated with them.

Well actor has taken right decision moving Bombay High Court.
