Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra recently got framed in 60 crore fraud case, for the same Court has issued order of LOC against them so that they can’t leave country.
Recently couple filed plea in Bombay HC to quash LOC order issued against them, due to on going investigation of 60 crore fraud case.
According to sources as per LiveLaw, the Bombay high court has adjourned the matter until October 14, 2025, this means they didn’t get relief from Bombay HC.
Well some of us may not we aware of fact that Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra were booked by the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Mumbai in connection with an alleged Rs 60.4 crore fraud involving their now-shut venture, Best Deal TV Pvt Ltd. Apart from couple one more unknown person name is also involved in same case.
According to report officials reveals that complaint against couple was lodged at Juhu police station under IPC provisions related to cheating and forgery, however fraud amount exceeded Rs 10 crore therefore case jurisdiction was quickly transferred to the EOW.
Fraud case against couple was lodged by Deepak Kothari, a Juhu resident and director of Lotus Capital Financial Services, non-banking financial company.
Well know couple has to wait for next date to know if Bombay HC give relief to Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra in LOC order.
