Costume Designer Deepa Mehta Passed Away Confirmed Son Satya

Bollywood filmmaker-actor Mahesh Manjrekar first wife Deepa Mehta passed away, news was confirmed by her son Satya.

Deepa Mehta was first wife of Mahesh Manjrekar.

Recently Deepa Mehta’s son Satya wrote emotional note for paying his tribute he took Instagram and shared click with caption “I miss you Mumma (red heart and white pigeon emoticons)”.

Deepa was well known costume designer, his saree brand was known as Queen of Hearts which was most popular among Marathi film industry.

Mahesh Manjrekar tied knot with Deepa Mehta in 1987. They both know each other since their college days. Couple had two children — daughter Ashwami Manjrekar and son Satya Manjrekar, later in 1995 they both got separated  after which their children continued to live with father Mahesh. After separation
Mahesh tied knot with actress Medha Manjrekar, with whom he has a daughter, Saiee Manjrekar who recently made her Bollywood debut.
