Supreme Court Reject Jacqueline’s FIR Quashing Plea

Omg Supreme Court rejects Bollywood actress Jacqueline’s plea.

According to report Supreme Court recently rejected actress plea in Rs 200 crore fraud case.

Yesterday Supreme Court dismissed Jacqueline plea in fraud case which is directly linked with conman Sukesh Chandrasekhar. She didn’t get relief from court.

According to report she recently approached the apex court challenging the Delhi High Court’s July 3 order, in which court rejected her plea to quash the FIR lodged by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the money laundering case.

Petition which actress filed before court  states that she is a victim of Sukesh’s targeted attack. In plea it’s  mentioned that the ED itself admitted Tihar jail officials had given Sukesh access to mobile phones and other electronic devices, which he allegedly used to cheat not only the complainant but also several members of the film industry, including Fernandez.

In petition actress urged she is a prosecution witness in the predicate offence and argued that further proceedings against her should therefore be quashed.

According to report by ED has revealed that actress allegedly received luxury gifts worth around Rs 7 crores from Sukesh. ED further added these gifts were part of the proceeds of crime generated through the Rs 200 crores fraud.

Sukesh Chandrasekhar is accused in case which says he cheated Shivinder Singh and Malvinder Singh, the spouses of former Ranbaxy promoters, of Rs 200 crores.

According to report as Supreme Court has dismissed actress plea, therefore she will now face trail in 200 crore fraud case.

Well going through above development it’s clear Jacqueline has stuck herself in big trouble.
