Tiger Shroff Sold Apartment At Whopping Price

Bollywood action star Tiger Shroff sold apartment.for 15.6 crore in Mumbai.

According to report actor  recently sold his plush Khar apartment for worth Rs 15.6 crore.

According to report by selling above said apartment actor earns around 31 percent profit which is quite high.

According to report as per property registration documents reviewed by popular online property selling and buying portal Square Yards. The transaction was conducted in September 2025.

According to  Inspector General of Registration (IGR), the 22nd floor luxury apartment that was sold by Tiger is located in Rustomjee Paramount. It has a total carpet area of 1,989.72 sq.ft. (~184.85 sq.m.) and built-up area of 203.34 sq. m. (~2,189 sq. ft.). The deal also includes three car parking slots. Registration stamp duty of Rs. 93.60 lakh and registration charges of Rs. 30,000 were paid.

According to property which actor sold he purchased
in 2018 for worth  Rs. 11.62 crore.

Property deal took place between Tiger Shroff and
Sandeep Saraf, who lives in the same building.

Well if we talk about Khar its said to be most high-end real estate regions which is equipped with both  premium residential and commercial options.

Khar has direct connectivity with Western Express Highway .
