Did you know Sidharth Malhotra worked very hard to play his character in the film Param Sundari? For this new romantic movie, Sidharth had to learn Kalaripayattu, which is a very old martial art from Kerala, India. Kalaripayattu teaches many kinds of fighting moves, like kicks, punches, and even using weapons. It also involves fast and flexible movements, which made Sidharth train for weeks to get everything right for his role as Param.

But that’s not all! Sidharth also prepared for scenes with real elephants. Acting next to these big animals was exciting, but could also be tricky because elephants don’t always act as expected. Sidharth needed to be very alert and careful during filming to make these scenes look amazing.

Param Sundari is about a Delhi boy (played by Sidharth Malhotra) who meets a Kerala girl (played by Janhvi Kapoor). The movie shows their fun love story and all the cultural differences between them. It is set in Kerala, so viewers will see lots of beautiful sceneries, old churches, and bright green roads. Sidharth said he loved working on this film and hopes everyone enjoys his hard work and the fresh, colorful story.
