Rajkummar Rao Confirms Stree 3 Delayed for Quality, Fans Await Thrill

Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor’s Stree 2 was a hit this year, much like its predecessor. The audience is now eagerly awaiting the third installment of the beloved horror-comedy franchise. However, Rajkummar has confirmed that Stree 3 will not release anytime soon, as the team is committed to delivering a high-quality film.

In a recent interview, Rajkummar shared that the makers are not rushing to cash in on the franchise’s popularity. “Stree 3 will certainly happen, but not next year. We don’t want to make just a project. Sometimes, when a film does well, people rush into making sequels, but we believe in waiting for the right story,” he said.

He also emphasized the importance of maintaining the franchise’s standard and quality. The team took six years to create Stree 2, ensuring it met audience expectations. A similar approach will be taken for the third part.

Besides Rajkummar and Shraddha, Stree 2 featured Aparshakti Khurana, Abhishek Banerjee, Pankaj Tripathi, Bhoomi Rajgor, Sunil Kumar, and Atul Srivastava in pivotal roles.
