Shalini Passi on her bond with Shah Rukh Khan & Gauri Khan

Shalini Passi gained attention with her appearance in Fabulous Lives Vs Bollywood Wives, featuring Maheep Kapoor, Neelam Kothari, Bhavana Panday, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni, and Seema Sajdeh. In an interview, Shalini spoke about her close bond with Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan.  

Praising Shah Rukh Khan, whose batchmate was her husband Sanjay Passi, Shalini said, “I admire him deeply. He is intelligent, kind-hearted, and an exceptional human being. His journey is truly inspiring. Shah Rukh has touched the lives of everyone, from young moviegoers to seniors. He’s a phenomenon.” She added, “One thing I’ve learned from him is the habit of reading. I never used to read, but he devours books quickly. I’ve also learned from how he treats his children, extended family, and friends. Knowing him and Gauri is a blessing.”  

Shalini revealed she first met the couple during her wedding festivities in the late ‘90s. On her friendship with Gauri and her reaction to the show, Shalini shared, “Gauri called me after watching the first episodes and said she loved it and was proud of me. My friends were nervous about how I’d come across since I’m outspoken, avoid gossip, and dislike confrontation.”
