Suniel Shetty And Ahan Shetty Purchased Auctioned Property

Bollywood Mohra fame Suniel Shetty along with his son purchase property worth 8.01 crore in Mumbai through bank auction.

Ahan Shetty who is a set with Border 2 along with Diljit Dosanjh and Varun Dhawan recently opted for auctioned property, yes You heard right Ahan along with his dad Suniel Shetty purchased property in Khar West Bandra Mumbai worth 8.01 crore.

According to report popular property portal Square Yards went through registration documents of property, which reveals property that duo purchased is through bank auction. Property is around 111.52 sq. m. (~1,200.39 sq. ft.). The transaction was finalised in October 2024, with stamp duty fees of Rs. 40.08 lakh and a registration fee of Rs. 30,000.
