Is ‘Aiyyaa’ woman-centric?

Aiyyaa is not a woman-centric film. Actress Rani Mukherji says it is more of a simple love story.
“I would call it a romantic film, and I wouldn’t categorise this as a woman-centric story,” Rani said in a press conference in Delhi.

The story of Aiyyaa revolves around a Marathi girl, Meenakshi Deshpande (Rani), whose parents are looking for a suitable groom for her. She falls in love with a Tamil boy,

Rani looked pretty in a cream-coloured anarkali suit at the event, where she was accompanied by Prithviraj. The team came late, but Rani won everyone’s heart with her fun interaction and million-dollar smile.

Rani will be seen in director Reema Kagti’s Talaash. She is quite positive, and prefers not to look back at the past.
