Diljit Dosanjh Concert organizers are in trouble as Delhi based law student slaps legal notice on Concert organizers for scalping and malpractice.

According to report Delhi concert has two ticket categories one is Fan Pit which is priced Rs 19,999 and another category called Gold (Phase 3), priced at Rs. 12,999.

According to law student named Riddhima Kapoor legal notice has been served to Dil-Luminati Tour organizers for violating consumer rights and engaging in unfair trade practices during the ticket sales process.

According to Riddhima despite having HDFC Credit Card she was unable to avail a ticket of upcoming concert. Ticket booking window was supposed to open on 12th September at 1 PM but they started selling one minute prior leaving many fans empty-handed.

Legal notice that is been served to convert organizers reads sudden unavailability of tickets was a result of manipulation and scalping practices by the organizers. Legal notice further reads organizers were artificially inflating demand and manipulating prices, which constitutes a violation of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
