In podcast interaction earlier this year, Taapsee shared her reason for skipping the extravagant ceremony.

During podcast conversation with RJ Stutee Taapsee was questioned will she attand Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant’s Wedding she laughingly responded and said”I don’t know them personally,” and went on to explain her preference for attending weddings with a more personal connection. “I feel weddings are very personal,” she further added “I am sure there are a lot of friends of theirs, but I prefer to go to a marriage where there is at least some kind of communication between the family and the guest.”
