Purab Kohli Share His View On CBFC’s Procedure

Actor turned filmmaker Purab Kohli is all set with release of his most anticipated  web series, 36 Days During the show’s promotion he revealed about procedure of censorship on OTT.

Well Purab in past done number of OTT project he believes that nothing creative should be censored. Actor said  if viewers have a problem watching certain content of web series they shouldn’t watch it.

Clarifying his thought of nothing creative should be censored not only on OTT or television but also in films. Purad said, “Why are we trying to treat the audience like kids? If you don’t want your kid to watch something, I understand… don’t let your kid watch something. But then, there are enough parental blocks and every OTT platform has a parental block. Don’t send your child to the cinema to watch (certain) things. Since you don’t have control over that aspect of your life, why do you want to control somebody else’s business?”

Upcoming web series 36days will be available SonyLIV and OTTplay Premium from 12th July.
