Javed Akhtar Purchase New Apartment

Movie writer and lyricist Javed Akhtar invest 7.76 crore in property, well Javed Akhtar has purchased Apartment worth 7.76 crore in Juhu Mumbai.

According to report Javed Akhtar has further expanded his property  in Mumbai’s affluent Juhu neighbourhood. According to documents accessed by SquareYards.com, Akhtar recently acquired a ready-to-move-in apartment for Rs 7.76 crore.

New Apartment which is around 1199.42 square feet coverd area. Accounting to report Javed Akhtar paid around 46.02 lakh stamp duty and 30,000 registration fees.

Apartment is located in  Sagar Samrat Building. Sagar Smart Building is popular complex in Juhu equipped with  high-end residences and number  celebrity reside in it.

Its a second property purchase done by Javed Akhtar in 2021 he purchased property in same location as he purchased adjoining apartment.
