Remember that Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani were supposed to reunite in a new movie called “Hero No. 1”? Well, things have changed. While it’s a separate story from the 90s Govinda film, it seems the project is on hold.
Just like how “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” got a modern remake, “Hero No. 1” was planned as a fresh take for today’s audience. Filming started last year, but has now been delayed.
The director and some crew have moved on to other projects. There’s a chance things might pick up again after the release of “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan,” but for now, “Hero No. 1” is on the back burner.
This isn’t the smoothest start for the film. Originally, Sara Ali Khan was cast but had to leave due to scheduling conflicts. That’s when Disha Patani came on board.
The director said, “Disha is the fittest and apt to do action. Sara was definitely a part of it, but unfortunately, we couldn’t match the date.”
